How DO I GET TO YOUR STORE

Grab a Grab Taxi and come on out we are only 12 minutes from the city center. Grab taxis are Chiang Mai's Uber cabs they are fast comfortable and inexpensive. Average cost is 100 baht from the city center to Bare Bones Organics store - just download there App here https://www.grab.com and they will pick you up within a few minutes and bring you right to our door - easy pleasy :-)   If your feeling more adventurous and would rather walk, motorbike, bicycle or Tuk Tuk our GPS co-ordinates are 18.8195 , 98.9552  or give us a call on 0815955125 to arrange pick up or directions. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can checkout via PayPal as a guest. PayPal supports all major credit cards.

We also accept Wise Payments. If you'd like to use Wise Payments, you'll need to email us at sales@barebonesorganics.com so that we can process your payment.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to pretty much every country in the world. If you don't see your country listed during the Checkout process, contact us and we'll help you out.

How much does shipping cost?

• Registered Thai Air Post is FREE to ship your order Worldwide. Delivery time is 1 - 3 weeks.
• Deliveries within Thailand are FREE and will be shipped EMS Express Post and will take 2 - 3 days.

If you'd like priority shipping, please contact us via sales@barebonesorganics.com.

*Jewelry normally ships within 1-2 business days unless your particular size is temporarily out of stock at time of ordering in which case our artisans make them for you right away in our workshop here in Chiang Mai. Time to produce is normally 7 business days.*

 

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Depending on where you live, you may be charged import taxes. But from our experience, import taxes are rarely charged when shipping with Thai Post.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Thai Post tracking number. Please wait at least 24hrs for the link to activate.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your Bare Bones Organics purchase. For hygiene reasons all body jewelry & earrings come in a sealed plastic bag and as long the seal is unbroken we can take it back within 14 days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Of course, if we made a mistake or the item arrived defective then please contact us and we’ll make things right.

To return an or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (we cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
2. Mail your return to:
